Litigation can be stressful, expensive and slow. Our goal is to find the quickest, least expensive method toward an acceptable and equitable resolution to your legal problem.

After taking whatever steps are necessary to understand your problem, the strengths and weaknesses of your case, we will attempt to negotiate, conciliate or mediate a satisfactory resolution. Generally matters can be concluded in this fashion.

If, however, these methods are unsuccessful, then our litigation department can and will proceed to resolve the matter through the Courts. Each of our litigators has in excess of 24 years of experience. Our litigation department has successfully tried a wide range of matters; significant personal injury claims (including head and spinal cord injuries, total loss of earning capacity, wrongful death), construction disputes, contested estates, corporate and family disputes, and the full range of general litigation.
