We provide a full family law service. We have three family practitioners with a range of experience. You may choose a senior or junior lawyer depending on the complexity of the issues to be resolved and your budget for legal fees.

Many family law issues can be resolved without contested court proceedings. We try hard to avoid lengthy, expensive, acrimonious and unpredictable court decisions. Contested proceedings are particularly unsuitable where young children are involved. Unfortunately, in some instances, there is no other way to obtain an equitable result than to have the matter decided by a judge.

Before embarking on a contested action we will fully explore with you the use of negotiation, mediation, conciliation, collaborative law and the use of Judicial Settlement Conferences.
